Small team, whole projects
On a turnkey job there is nowhere to hide and nothing gets handed to a department you never meet. You will see your drawing become steel, and then see it run.
You will not be handed one component of one machine. Our engineers follow a plant from process route through fabrication to commissioning.
Plants of ours are running in fifteen countries. Erection and commissioning means travel, and it means seeing your work run.
The founder has forty years on solvent extraction and refining plants. That knowledge is passed on directly, not through a manual.
Our AutoCAD office and our fabrication works are the same company. Drawings get challenged by the people who have to build them.

Process Engineer
Process route, mass balance and equipment sizing for extraction and refining plants against a given seed and capacity.
Mechanical Design Engineer (AutoCAD)
General arrangement drawings and data sheets for vessels, reactors and heat exchangers; P&I diagrams and electrical single-line drawings.
Erection & Commissioning Engineer
Erection supervision, cold and hot trials, handover on performance, and training the client's operators before demobilisation.
Fabrication Supervisor
Supervision of vessel and structural fabrication to drawing, with responsibility for weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
After-Sales Service Engineer
Spares, centrifuge and pressure leaf filter repair, leaf reconditioning and troubleshooting on plants already running.
Graduate Trainee Engineer
For chemical and mechanical engineering graduates. Structured exposure across the design office, the works and live sites.
